10 years ago today, Disney relegated the Expanded Universe to Legends. They fed the misconceptions about Canon and mistreated the long term/hardcore fans. They erased the Lore for creative freedom but simply wanted to cherry pick from better written stories. They hate continuity.
Tomorrow, the anti-eu-ism will pick up. It's a type of targeted harassment to invalidate what came before to uplift the Disney Star Wars lore. The same tactic used to even bash the movies in attempt to make the Disney Star Wars movies look better.

@XDarthThunderX Jar Jar and kid Anakin mainly suffer from not so great writing and are mostly inoffensive overall. The big issue with Rey is being an all powerful Mary Sue who doesn't earn her accomplishments, while Rose is incredibly naive and judgmental.
