@lvsqun i do the exact same thing and hate it. bc ill tell myself to just eat whatever and act like i don’t care anymore but then immediately after i hate myself for it and try to get back on track. it’s an endless cycle.

@leoqua_ 16:8 is where you fast for 16 hrs then have an 8 hr eating window and 18:6 is fasting for 18 hrs with a 6 hr eating window

@leoqua_ i think it depends on if you're considered a healthy weight or not maybe. like if you're underweight but still want to lose then probably not considered recovering but if you're over weight maybe idk (im not a doctor though so take my opinion with a grain of salt)
