23FEB 2:47a - All done with tonight's maintenance. Customers are up on the new router. if anybody is having trouble getting online please reboot your routers before doing anything else.
23FEB 12:00a - The outage window is starting.
23FEB 6:37p - A reminder that there will be a maintenance outage tonight at midnight to address network-wide performance issues.
08FEB 4:15p - Fiber was fixed at about 2p, we apologize for the outage.
08FEB 10:38a - Extensive damage to fiber, being worked on presently. However, fix will require brief outages for previously unaffected customers. Targeting full recovery by end of day or sooner.
07FEB 5:42p - Fiber issue being worked on. Current estimate is tomorrow morning, but we are trying to get that sooner.
07FEB 12:10p - A fiber issue has been identified that is impacting a number of customers. Crews are being mobilized, and we will be fixing as soon as possible.
