@AskNationwide I know you’ll continue to hide behind your emails but to you understand how serious this issue is? My mother moves into a retirement home in a matter of weeks. If Nationwide continue to cause delays to my application I’ll be homeless and will have no alternative

@AskNationwide Just done it Lauren. The messages I’ve put on here have also been emailed to my case handler and I’ve copied in your CEO to the emails in hope I get a call inside of people hiding behind emails

@AskNationwide No because I’ve been very busy at work and didn’t have time to sit in a queue and spend ages on the phone. The fact my case handler doesn’t seem willing to give out his number so I could speak with him directly has resulted in a lot of this.

@AskNationwide Hi Lauren, no disrespect but that’s no good to me, your complaints team will take a minimum of 5 days to review this case, which by then it will be too late. The worst thing is I hate doing stuff like this but been left with no choice.

his situation is causing me unbelievable stress and is having a knock on affect on my working day. The way I’ve been treated is totally unacceptable. It’s amazing how you had no issues taking £49k from my solicitor yet for some reason you continue to dispute my documentation.

@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer with you for 10 years and have never received such appalling service as a I’m getting right now. I want to escalate a formal complaint as a matter of urgency.
