We had a small outage this morning, but all systems are back up and running!

The following websites have been restored and should be available to most users: steelcod.com enterprise.steelcod.com api.steelcod.com The outage was caused by a problem with our cloud provider. We are awaiting further details.

We're currently experiencing an outage. We are working to fix and will have an update soon.

We've added a new entry to our FAQs page: How do I add a new model that’s not in the database? To add your own model number, navigate to Search. Add your model number(s) to the field under “Add to list.” Then create a spec package and navigate to the Edit page. /1

Whoops! Our SSL certificate expired today so for a few hours users received the dreaded NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID message. All is fixed now... until next year!

The database issue is fixed, all systems are back to normal.

SERVICE ALERT - We're currently experiencing database issues, causing slowness and errors when creating a spec package. We are investigating.

We sent out an email to loyal customers a few minutes ago asking if anyone wants free Steel Cod swag. (Yeah, that was real!) We're overwhelmed by the response, and we're trying to take care of as many requests as possible. Thank you for your continued support!

We've fixed an error on the search page that was infrequently effecting some of our Canadian users. Bye bye, bug!

Email scanner functionality has been fully restored. You should now receive your spec packages back immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience!

The email scanner for Steel Cod Enterprise is currently processing spec packages once an hour. We're working to fix, but any emails sent in may take up to 60 minutes to be processed. If you need a spec package immediately, please log into Steel Cod and directly upload your doc.

We're up and running, but our outbound email provider is experiencing some issues. If you're waiting for a spec package to be emailed to you, please log in and download the package instead.

Just a head's up -- due to popular demand, we are now pulling *only the second page* from Miele specs for slim spec packages. There's no need to refresh or reload, the change has been made automatically.
