“The note contains a hollow statement, namely, that Assange can try to raise the First Amendment at trial (and at sentencing), but the U.S. Department of Justice can’t guarantee he would get those rights, which is precisely what it must do under British extradition law based on the European Convention on Human Rights.”

@Stella_Assange As I posted previously, this non-assurance provides British justice the opportunity to close the extradition matter and free Assange. Just my lay interpretation of common law.
@Stella_Assange Vote Trump.. that’s the only chance
@Stella_Assange @DeirdreMacDoug2 Then, what's left to discuss? He cannot be extradited.
---> Stella is CIA. <--- She handed them her husband of (2 years) who she was assigned to and handled as a mark.
@Stella_Assange There is a way to reformat the whole entire system, along its own inherent necessities, and this from the economy to politics. The problem is nobody wants it. Yet. It is unavoidable though. It's just a matter of time.
@Stella_Assange That's deeply troubling. The very essence of extradition agreements is to ensure that fundamental rights are protected. If these cannot be guaranteed, it challenges the core principles we stand by.
@Stella_Assange Do you have an update on your petition? @RobertKennedyJr @amaryllisfox @NicoleShanahan #FreeAssangeNOW
@Stella_Assange I hope and pray that the UK Justice system makes the right call and Frees Julian Assange immediately. That way, we can be safe in the knowledge that the UK has done something right and upheld the law🙏
