I took a hard hat tour of our newest Habitat for Humanity community under construction in Ward 4. The MountainView community will be home for 20 deserving families who will have to opportunity to own a beautiful new place of their own. .
Great news! The bill to kill charter schools in Colorado just died in committee on a bipartisan vote - 8-3. Competition is good for our kids and our schools. And the right to school choice needs to be put in our state constitution. #copolitics #coleg

Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending a fantastic State of the Base luncheon in Ward 4. Buckley Space Force Base plays a vital role as an economic, strategic, and cultural partner to Aurora's diverse community ecosystem. It was an honor to be included in this event.
On Friday, I had the opportunity to visit Aurora 911. These incredible individuals are the true heroes on the frontlines of service. They work tirelessly to support our police and fire departments, ensuring that you receive the help you need, exactly when you need it.
