I think everyone just needs to lay off Garnacho he said himself that he’s low on confidence and he’s joining under a proper manager who has a plan and wants him to get it perfect getting thrown on in the last 10/15 of a game most will look clueless he needs time and support #avfc

@villareport Played well can’t keep going so defensive after a certain point and never adapting, thought Barkley coming on was very poor nearly cost us 2 goals, Tammy also very poor feels like playing with 10 men, need pace bringing on more often just never utilise

@Giorgieo915 @AstonVilla Everytime we break or get forward we are just turning and playing back which is where all our hospital passes are coming from

@villareport Infuriating. No desire to go forward and none of them looked like they even wanted to win the only time I seen a bit of passion was Buendia once he was already off the field, sluggish passive football will never win you games and giving subs 10/15 mins to try and change a game ha

@J_Tanswell Last minute and asking for them to be calm and pass it round the back absolutely unacceptable and laughable that we have done this

They’ve had more chances in 2 minutes than we have all game no chance we get close to the heights we did last season

Not remember this was exactly how we started last season and then the only way we scored was just smack it from 30 yards and hope for the best, we cannot at all break down a low block we are so slow and boring and would happily sit out and get a point it’s ridiculous

Wow this is a horrid game our 2 experienced players here both missing sitters and Emery refusing to change it up when it’s clearly just horizontal football across the backline we need Mbaye and Garnacho just run at them

@villareport Think cash was good, Zion great, Maatsen just always seems to do the wrong decision either shooting or just not letting go of the ball, Jackson made some good runs seems like he will do well for us, jarred Gillett shouldn’t be allowed to ref a game again and Arsenal are so boring
