Also a great effort from the Ref, only a young lad and had a very good game. Better than @HolmesAdie by a long way.

Big 3 points today against a tough @MilbornePortFC probably would have been 0 if their back line didn’t gift us 3 goals. So appreciate that. See you next Saturday for another bash. Studs not moulds.

Apologies to anyone that got offended by my earlier tweet, I should not be using such words as ‘woeful’. I am thankful for referee’s and their time at our level and appreciate the hard work they put in to keep the game running.

I would however like to spread some love today, @AshcottFC reserves had a centre half, that must have survived both world wars and still continues to play at grass routes level. Who was absolutely exceptional, your grandkids must be proud. Our MOTM.

I also apologise for the break from this platform. The league sent a letter threatening legal action and fines to the club if the tweets didn’t stop. I took the Christmas period to think about it and we held a vote as a club (I decided) that we don’t care.

A returning player captured after training Tuesday night. In his words, ‘There’s no place like it. For me I didn’t realise what I had until it was gone. No club in the south west have showers as good as ours’

@MilbornePortFC Pitch was fine. But our star player is out with a torn hammy so had to cancel.

Big away day in the cup for us. 47 minutes on google maps. Hopefully travel doesn’t effect our performance. Airfield tavern fry up, 6/10. Broken coffee machine and eggs were overdone. One of the new lads claiming he’s faster than me, pubeless bastard. Updates to follow.

And boy did he deliver today. This 5”6, 18 stone CAT pulled off some outstanding saves today. Apologies to @waggyathleticfc who had to try and run towards that purple idiot for 90 minutes.

Last pre season game done, big thanks to @CrewkRangersFC for travelling and taking up the offer late notice. MOM goes to our number 2 today. Superb performance in the first half as wingback before slotting seamlessly into the back 3 to ensure the clean sheet. Top work.
