@whoisheartbreak Amazing!! Hard to compete with this work anniversary celebration! For the rest of us, we think sending a group video gift is a meaningful way to celebrate. It's personal, meaningful and makes the recipient feel valued.
@RebekahRWright So true!! I think a good employee experience means that employees know they matter. That needs to come from all directions: from students, administration, management etc. We need to create the space to value employees. To what extent does that exist?
