We're currently experiencing problems with our link into our Puhoi tower. For safety reasons we cannot work on the tower without the correct team present, so this will be repaired on Monday. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We are aware of two major power outages affecting our network in Kaipara and its surrounding areas and in Puhoi and its surrounding areas. The eta for a fix is 6-7pm tonight. We will update as we get more info.

We have a minor outage affecting some customers in Coatesville. This is being investigated and repaired.

Issue with Carriers fibre in the road has been fixed, however a new issue has come up between their data center and ours which is an issue on their end.. Tech has been requested and on his way. ETA unsure but will be rectified today as per Carriers advice.

Main fibre link has been severed by work done in Upper Harbour Drive. Downer are on site assessing the requirements to repair. Will advise when there is an update. No ETA given at this stage.

Issue found with upstream providers fibre connectivity to us that runs the majority of our western and northern Auckland network. Have escalated it with them no ETA as of yet.

Issue affecting connectivity has been discovered and not the issue has been identified. Tech's have been mobilised. Further updates to follow once repair requirements assessed.
