Went car shopping with my Dad. Salesman ignored me and Dad responded to his every question with "Ask her. I just gave her a lift to the lot." That guy didn't even come close to closing the sale and I've boycotted the dealership since.

See...this is forethought and planning. GenX kids were crafty and horrible. I have a vague memory of the neighbourhood group trying to poison one of the more annoying kids with a mudpie made with Gran's night cream.

One thing Calgary could do TODAY to help citizens deal with sky high energy prices would be to deploy temporary bike lanes all over the city to give people physically protected spaces to cycle. Prioritize access to shopping and schools from adjacent neighbourhoods. 1/
