@structube 2 staff at ancaster meadowlands irritated that I interrupted their visiting to request help…they were angry & negative Refused to move so that i could get by, to leave the store, arms crossed, confrontational. Not good sales staff material In the end threatened me

@structube I’ve made numerous phone calls, and the only option that I was provided was to cancel the order which is unacceptable. I will continue to contact your corporate office because I believe this business practice is it inappropriate.

@structube Hey. We ordered Chicago books cases from you on July 11 with the expectations to have them delivered 3 weeks later. Now we are being told it's December. U took over $700 as a deposite. That's not legal to keep money when you can meet the original agreement. Any solutions ?

It is so frustrating to pre-pay an item from @structube in July and being reassured that there is stock. And delays that are now going into December. Rather than offer customer service, three different company reps suggested to cancel the order. #CustomerServiceFail

@structube does not stand behind their products/quality. Have to approve reviews and do not approve the reviews that attempt to warn customers of faulty products. 1 yr warranty has so many stipulations it doesn’t cover anything.

5 months of owning this table from @structube and they won’t replace/exchange under their 1 year warranty because apparently this happens with use. Won’t approve a negative review to warn other customers so I came to Twitter to warn others.

@SarahGencarelli @structube @CBCOttawa Here’s ours and their response was “it happens all the time and we are not gonna do anything about it”. I will be suing them in due course. There should be a class action at some point in the near future.

SO @structube sends a broken sofa to my place and upon requesting replacement, instead of exchange or full refund, ask me if I want partial refund for the broken sofa. In short, asks me to pay for their broken furniture. #WTF @structubeSucks #Structube

This weekend is turning out to be a real winner. My brand new couch, that I couldn't afford to buy, just fell apart. Thanks @structube! I look forward to trying to get my money back. I loved this couch. Now I'm sitting on the ground. Being poor is so expensive.

@structube How is it that every review on your Website for the last 2+ years on the Soft sectional soft is 5 Stars [Improbable] and it's price has increase $1500.00 [nearly double] in the last year?

@structube you sent me a glass table top that's missing bolts and cant be anchored to the legs = it's a huge safety hazard, especially for kids. Your customer care department said the risk is "acceptable" and wont send a replacement. The item is clearly defective, what gives?

@structube we bought this couch less than a year ago and the zippers that hold the cushion and the couch together are such poor quality that it is broken on 2 of the three cushions. Does your warranty cover this?

@structube how is this ethical business? Items bought were supposed to be back in stock on 6 Jun. Then pushed back to 15 jun, then 26 jun, then 30 Jun & now to 6 July. No guarantee that date sticks. Why not be honest about the delay instead of keeping people hanging?

I was ready to buy, but with no other customers in the store, the 2 sales associates on the floor could not be less interested in assisting me or making a sale today. No greeting or acknowledgement until I was leaving. Disappointing. 🫤 @structube

@structube I ordered a media unit from you guys which turned out to be faulty. I waited 2 months for you to provide me with a replacement, only to have received ANOTHER faulty unit. SO DISAPPOINTED by your company.

@StructubeSucks when you get an email confirmation on 2nd June, they take your money and get ghosted. Only to receive a phone call today wanting more money out of me to redeliver said item as I wasn’t there to receive it. I live in an apartment building with 24/7 concierge! 😡😡
