@prsprateek @dcpbbsr @DGPOdisha @Naveen_Odisha @CMO_Odisha It has been a trend and pattern of Commissionarate Police to save the offenders from legal screening. Non-registration of FIR begins with. Depspite court order, Khandagiri Police dont comply. Will you please take action?
