I agree with proceeding with impeachment - it’s the right thing to do. But there is potential for it to increase polarization and galvanize the President’s base particularly if impeachment doesn’t succeed. We need to provide a new positive vision to move the country forward.

No secret, I abhor Trump. But, Impeachment brings me no joy. It’s a somber historical moment. This shouldn’t be about politics, or timing. It’s about preserving integrity of our democratic institutions. It’s about Constitutional checks and balances. It’s about right and wrong. 🇺🇸

If I were a news director of a global reporting organization, I would devote a lot of resources and reporting energy to investigating the relationship between President Trump, his administration and business, and Saudi Arabia. I don't think we have seen the full picture.
