After complaining about the cake they accepted that it's their mistake and quietly kept the cake in their freezer for the next customer. I was informed since cake has been returned I will be credited within 24 to 48 hours but till date I have been doing is just Follow up's
Tried to call back the shopkeeper but no one answered the call. So, next morning started looking for the shop for the return and to my surprise!! I came to know that there was no such bakery shop like that. It was just a small kitchen from where all the delivery happens.
Worst service ever!!!!!! #Zomato Ordered a red velvet cake on 16th July midnight using Zomato's app from #Sweettruth. What was received was a totally different cake "celebrations" completely spoiled and in a bad condition.
