Absolutely unacceptable service from @AxisBank. I made a transaction through the bank’s app, the transaction failed but the amount was debited from my account. I was informed via SMS that the money would be credited back within 2 days, but even after 2 days there is no refund.

Is this the kind of service customers should expect? Passing the responsibility from one desk to another while the customer suffers. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. @AxisBank

Customer service asks me to contact the branch, the branch says contact the home branch or customer care. No one is taking responsibility. Meanwhile, if my EMI bounces because of this delay, the customer will have to bear the penalty.

@PMAYUrban @mlkhattar @officeofmlk @tokhansahu_bjp @Secretary_MoHUA @KuldipNarayan @MoHUA_India @PIB_MoHUA Trying to connect to office since 4 hours nobody is picking calls. Even after picking you don't speak just keep it on for a minute exact and then disconnect. That's just lack of ownership

I booked my ticket from @redBus_in of @MRtravels from Vali to Pune and bus timing was 12:15. Now it's 14:30 and yet bus has not came and no one from @redBus_in and MR travels are taking responsibility for delay of bus. 2 hours delay is long time not even able to cancel the ticket

The people who are demanding to remove experience have already been taught that DI post needs experience in their degree syllabus but instead of joining industry they choose other careers. It was their choice to choose other career instead of Pharma industry.
