@NovartisIndia None canas as brutal/bad as Novartis. 2013 they terminated 100 employees. Then Dec 2021 again 37 post were made redundant means affecting at least hundred of people. 11th Feb 22 they sacked everyone means 400 employees. #InjusticebyNovartis #NovartisTerminates400Employees

and direct @NovartisIndia to reinstate the terminated employees . In their mid 50's most of the employees will find it very difficult to find alternate employment. Left alone this will become a wrong template to retrench employees by other companies This move has created panic
