Hi @JioCare , Finally the LR got cancelled but I didn't receive the refund. It's already been more than 7 days. #JioAirFiber

Hi @JioCare, It's already been 25 days since I booked #JioAirFiber and more than 15 days since my order was put ON HOLD. As per the response received in the mail, they said after 15 days of ON HOLD the LR will automatically get cancelled but that didn't happen. Kindly check.

Hi @reliancejio, @JioCare , Recently I did the booking for JioAirFiber and paid the 1000 amount but I didn't receive any response for next 2 days. So I decided to cancel the booking but there is no option available to cancel the booking. Part 1/2

@JioCare then he said he didn't have the option to cancel the booking and started convincing me to take the connection. Now My question to @JioCare, Do you want me to Chase you for the rest of my life for just cancellation of #JioAirFiber booking? I want this to be resolved ASAP. (2/2)

@JioCare The day before yesterday I got a call from a Jio technician and he said he got my request for #JioAirFiber registration 😯 but then I told him that I don't want to register rather I want to cancel my booking because it's been ON HOLD for decades. (1/2)

I have tried calling Jio helpline no 18008969999 but it's of no use. There is no option to call with a customer care executive. Part 3/3.
