Rode up Lluc on the turbo and didn’t stop for a coffee and a pee and it broke me !!! Next time I Turbo up it I’m taking a fucking flask (and you think I’m kidding!!!) (Sub note - I’ll just pee in my shorts it won’t be the 1st time )

Withdrawing from a TT via email yesterday that was for today because I forgot I entered it when I saw it in the CTT website. After the email was sent I noticed it was for 21/4/2018 and I’d already raced it 😔 what a dickhead #stayclassysandiego #FML #whopper

Going to start a new 4thcat advice series Tip 1)any new 3rd cats racing E/1/2/3 next year make sure to get to the race HQ 1st and park in the best spot !!! Because you’ll thank me when you get shelled mile 1 and can get out the carpark 1st drama free #yourwelcome

Another great nights racing from Oulton Park series last night although we did lose Mark to a spill, we wish him a speedy recovery from his cuts and grazes and wish the other riders involved a speedy recovery also.
