Just 8-k’d the press release from Friday. In the press release the CEO writes “definitive deal” and “by completing this acquisition”. The deal is done, it will turn. $gdc they just put out a legal document saying this. sec.gov/Archives/edgar…

In the least the 14c is telling longs and shorts the deal with a very high probability is getting closed shortly. Will all the shorts wait till the last minute or will someone try to get out first? I would try to get out first🤷♂️ $gdc

$gdc We don’t. Read the entire 8-k. It is an easy read when it comes to 8-k’s for me. It gives a lot of good detail. I think this deal is real. Must know each other/be connected in some way to create such a sweet deal for the BTC. Risking way too much legally if not legit, IMO
