@PoliticsVerse How is this race even close? Rep Katie Porter w/her whiteboard asks tough questions & highlights issues at banks, pharmaceutical companies, and in industry. She’s watching out for consumers and is a real treasure. I wish Congress had more Katie Porter’s protecting us.
@Susan4Health @PoliticsVerse The “reason” it’s close is Republican MONEY! All too often “DARK money” aka “Citizens United” and condoned by a Supreme Court that is so right wing that if the Earth were “flat” they would have fallen off long ago!
@Susan4Health @PoliticsVerse Imagine her as Attorny general. #KatiePorter is Among the smartest cross examiners, questioners we have.
@Susan4Health @PoliticsVerse Before vs after redistricting— very red district now.
@Susan4Health @PoliticsVerse Same thought here. She is brilliant and fights for the people, the poor, the middle class. How in the hell can anybody vote against her?
@Susan4Health @PoliticsVerse Katie’s district used to run into LA County which is blue leaning. But since the 2020 redistributing, her district is now covering red leaning Orange County. She is going to face this fierce battle every 2 years.
@Susan4Health @PoliticsVerse Perhaps that IS the reason. She highlights issues with rich entities.
@Susan4Health @PoliticsVerse No way katie should not be a landslide... the people are broken
@Susan4Health @PoliticsVerse My exact thought! Across the board non of these should be close.
