@AirCanada That reply was at helpful as the customer service line. I understand cancellations from weather get no reimbursement, but your Philly flight being late, along with maintenance to our plane caused us to hit the storms. Also, I paid $50 for comfort plus and ended up in Row 36. 🤔🤔

@AirCanada I know you can’t control the weather. But what occurred on July 31st was insane.I understand no reimbursement for anything if a cancellation was for weather. But had the Philly flight not been late getting out of our gate, followed by maintenance to our plane,we would

flight the next day... just crazy. I’m not upset about the weather. I’m upset at how this was handled for those on flight 712.

have been ahead of the storms and landed fine. Also, having to go through Customs after three hours on the tarmac, and 2.5 hours waiting for our luggage was insult to injury.Along with $200 for a hotel.I also paid for extra legroom on ACA712,and was put in row 36 on the recovery

@lindaluxtravel @AirCanada Not to mention the 2.5 hours at baggage claim after having to go through Customs even though we never left the ground..and hundreds in hotel costs. Yet Air Canada says we get reimbursed nothing. I also had paid for an extra legroom seat up front, got put in row 36 the next day..🤔

@lindaluxtravel @AirCanada I still believe it was the fault of the Philadelphia flight at the gate before us, coupled with the repair for the loose panel, that made us so late that we ended up hitting the bad weather. If we left on time, we would have been ahead of the storms.

@JamesLadalia @News12LI They probably heard about it and said "Oh, it's just Elmont", so they don't care what happens here lol. I'm surprised too.

@AskPlayStation @Genshikenkun Can't access PSN on my PS4, PS3, can't access PSN site on my PC or tablet...gets fixed, then starts again ugh

@AskPlayStation @Genshikenkun Same issue I've been having every few days for weeks.. Sony still not admitting somethings wrong :/

@Its_Viquh @AskPlayStation Yeah so far almost everyone having issues is in the Mid-Atlantic area :/

@AskPlayStation @mrdolo12 PSN still refusing to acknowledge that an entire region of people can't connect to PSN...

@AskPlayStation @Venom_1983 So every single person in the NY region having this issue needs to rebuild their database?? This is a PSN issue.

@AskPlayStation @Its_Viquh This issue has been ongoing since last night, are you in NY as well? Can't even get on PSN site from PC or mobile

@AskPlayStation @vinfont6211 This entire region of New York can not connect to PSN, please please look into this.

@AskPlayStation @markandrewlico downdetector.com/status/playsta… This outage map speaks for itself, I think.

@Mephiles3614 @AskPlayStation Where are you located? New York area/Mid Atlanic? It seems to be regional around New York

@AskPlayStation @markandrewlico This is happening to almost everyone in the New York area.....

@deadcell_730 @AskPlayStation Yes, this is definitely not a trouble on our ends.. Sony needs to look into this ASAP. Site won't even load.

@JamesDRobbins3 This is definitely a regional issue.. are you in New York as well? NY area is unable to connect to PSN.
