@FairOaksMotors Unprofessional is an understatement. The techs cant even wire up some LED lights appropriately. All in all just a piss poor representation of customer service and follow up. Be advised folks.

@FairOaksMotors this is now the 3rd time it's been in for service to fix this and we are on day 16 that they have had the vehicle. No updates in over a week on the status. They wont answer me. I'm now on my second enterprise rental because I had the first one for too long.

@FairOaksMotors A little background I purchased a tricked out Jeep off the showroom floor, brand new, had all the tactical lights, bumpers, etc. Looks awesome I love it. Fast forward 2 years and the Jeep will not hold a charge, I've replaced two batteries myself

@FairOaksMotors I am at the point now where I will need to escalate my issues with the service department even higher up the chain I guess.

@FairOaksMotors Tom Archer and Margaret Crabill are a joke. Initially it was "Sir we will get this all figured out and get you daily updates by text" blah blah blah As soon as they couldn't figure out the issue with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler they went dark. No one will answer me.

@FairOaksMotors Is there a reason no one will take my calls or update me on the status of my vehicle? The lack of follow through is unreal. You'd think you would over communicate to customers who's vehicles have been there for 2 weeks. Seriously Go Buy a car elsewhere.

Stephen Strasburg was thrown under the bus and run over with the handling of his illness. He bounce back with a legacy-shifting gem. #Nats

Jay Beagle is my favorite Washington Capital. I love him so much. If you don't, you just don't get it. #Caps

This team continues to disappear in the playoffs. I just don't get it. So frustrated.

Dennis Wideman: Bad pass to give #Rangers a short handed chance. That is a goal. Fitting. He has been AWFUL all postseason. I am furious.
