Honestly I've grown to detest how much fighting game discourse is interconnected with ego. Skill vs unskill. Honest vs dishonest. Real vs fake. The way people demonize playstyles. Feels like it the talk is more about coping mechanisms for a loss rather than about what's fun

The term "neutral skip" needs to be cut out of like 90% of the fgc

I've gotten Taunt Jet Upper'd more times in one set of Tekken 6 rollback (four times) then my cumulative 700 hrs in Tekken 8. And I still won the set 🤣🤣🤣

Also idk if it's a good or bad thing but I haven't been this salty playing Tekken since near launch Tekken 8.

High in defense but low in appeal. Maybe FartLordBingus was right about me all those years ago.

It's hilarious how many times I'll be in a VC with someone who insists that Tekken 8 is all canned mixups and strings while I'm like 20-0 against them without using lows.

@Azzy_Tk I think most matchups are ok but you got me fuked up if you think I'm gonna fight against Lars for money

@Azzy_Tk I'm a very casual Tekken gamer nowadays. I boot up a few times a week. Play with friends. Beat up idiots in ranked. I think this game is good if you don't play into the volatile parts of it in tournament.
