The NDC Social Democracy LAB @THENDCLAB

On the 31st of October 2024, I was honoured to be the Guest Speaker at the Grand Durbar of the maiden conference of the Ghana National Tailors and Dressmakers Association at KNUST, Kumasi. The audience consisted of regional associations from all the regions in Ghana. The President of GNTDA, Mrs. Joana Eshun Mensah indicated in her speech that the Learners’ Conference has come to stay. She counselled the Learners to make good use of their time as young people to position themselves for a better tomorrow. Addressing the audience, I expressed my appreciation for the invitation and advised them to strive for excellence, and not to be satisfied with mediocrity. I encouraged them to be proud of what they do as they are an integral part of the economy. I also articulated the need for government support in vocational and technical education, assuring the learners that the NDC government is deeply committed to this end. I advised seamstresses and tailors to cultivate good relations with their clients, by keeping their word and providing optimal service to the best of their abilities. Finally, I explained how the 24-Hour Economy Policy of the NDC will help to build the businesses of members of GNTDA country wide, including many opportunities for skilled workers such as those in the clothing industry. #VoteWiselyVoteJohnMahama #ChangeIsComing #MahamaForPresident

Prosper, a car sprayer in Accra, is certain that voting for John Mahama will change his fortunes. He hopes to benefit from the National Apprenticeship Programme to enhance his skill set and receive the necessary support to expand his business. Be like Prosper, Vote JM

These feudal, authoritarian and early century reactions by the government to a peaceful protest have no place in a 21st century democracy. The government must therefore immediately end the persecution of the protesters and unconditionally release those in custody.

The next government of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is dedicated to promoting responsible mining and ensuring that those involved in illegal and irresponsible mining comply with regulations in the sector. In my address to the people of Nkakaa in the Amenfi Central constituency of the Western Region on Wednesday, I stressed the importance of responsible mining. We intend to implement training programmes for illegal miners to enable them to operate without damaging our rivers and forests. Understanding that mining is a vital part of our economy, we believe it is essential for anyone entering this field to receive proper training for responsible practices. We also recognise the urgent need for job creation among our youth, which is why we are proposing a 24-Hour Economy under the next NDC administration. I also highlighted initiatives like the Women’s Development Bank and the Big Push, aimed at empowering women financially and creating job opportunities respectively for Ghanaians. I urge everyone to support the NDC and vote for our presidential candidate, Mr. John Dramani Mahama, along with all our parliamentary candidates in the upcoming general elections. A vote for Mr. Mahama is a vote against corruption, poverty and hunger, and a chance to reset our nation. #JohnAndJane2024 #MahamaForPresident #Vote8

The umbrella is truly a valuable asset. In Bodie, located in the Amenfi East Constituency of the Western Region, despite the heavy rain, the chiefs and community members came out in large numbers to listen to our message. Both men and women expressed their enthusiasm for the Women’s Development Bank proposal and the National Apprenticeship Programme. These initiatives will create jobs and provide female entrepreneurs (and those in corporate employment) with the capital they need to support their businesses. A vote for Mr. John Dramani Mahama is a vote for jobs and financial empowerment of women. #JohnAndJane2024 #MahamaForPresident #Vote8

We’re committed to ensuring that a future Mahama administration will complete all the abandoned Community Day Senior High Schools. While addressing the people of Aboso in the Prestea Huni-Valley Constituency, I shared my deep concern about the neglect of these essential educational institutions. As the former Minister of Education, I fought for this initiative to bring quality education to our communities, especially those in need. It’s disheartening to witness the current government abandon these vital projects, denying students the opportunities they deserve. Remember, elections have consequences. I urge all Ghanaians to vote for John Dramani Mahama, a leader who truly cares about our future. Let’s unite to support Mr. Mahama and all our parliamentary candidates to RESET Ghana! #JohnAndJane2024 #MahamaForPresident #Vote8

On Tuesday, NDC supporters protested, calling for a forensic audit of Ghana’s voter roll, citing errors like 50,000 deceased names. The Electoral Commission rejected the call, saying corrections have been made. @Thomas_Naadi

This is the Police before the commission And this is the same COP who was caught on a tape planning to remove IGP DAMPARE. He later contested for Parliamentary Candidate in Bekwai and LOST.

I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to our supporters, especially our dedicated National Chairman, General Secretary, Director of IT & Elections, members of the Executive Committee, and former appointees, who were present at the Electoral Commission headquarters to submit Mr. John Mahama's presidential nomination on our behalf. This moment is a significant step toward resetting our country. I am committed to giving my utmost effort to secure our victory. The time for change is NOW—let's all get involved! #MahamaForPresident #LetsBuildGhanaTogether #JohnAndJane2024
