... One of the earliest things I learnt at uni was the concept of time delay. Not only is it necessary to respect it, but its also important to respect it from a hindsight point of view.

1/ I WONDERED WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU JUST BUY THE BEST PERFORMING STOCK FROM THE YEAR BEFORE AND DO IT EVERY SINGLE YEAR SO I BACKTESTED IT GOING BACK 15 YEARS STARTING WITH $100 IN 2012: END RESULTS S&P 500 → $800 LAST YEAR'S WINNER → $176,114

it doesnt change my opinion of them being in my "all time great games". and theres games in this list not in my great games list, because its a different metric.

this is different to a favourite games list. this is a recognition of what makes me the person I am today and the path I went down. There are some notable games missing. though its prolly a cause of just being late or not as impactful enough

Patrick Voss kicked Freo 17 points clear with under five minutes left and celebrated like he’d won the flag. Then the Dockers activated Wharfie Time, conceded four straight goals and choked away their first premiership. This really happened 💀

Random take, but I actually think Mango is really depressed You can tell whenever he rants about Melee these days, it's some combination of bitterness and defeatist I think being the GOAT may have been THE core thing to his self image

You take copyright laws seriously? What if I told you there are people who believe certain laws just shouldn’t be enforced? I assume you would swiftly condemn that, especially if they were related to walls.
