I pay Jeremy & Daniel to build trailers… today, they decided to test their strength on a brand-new garage door spring. 🤣 Both managed to bend it, but then Jeremy told Daniel to touch the ends together. SNAP. There goes a perfectly good spring. 💵 Paid for the labor. Paid for the spring. Laughed anyway. Probably should’ve put the camera down & supervised. 🤦‍♀️🤣 #shophumor #paidandregretted #shouldvesupervised

Rescued Henry’s old-school Makita from the rain and immediately turned into a GoldenEye 007 skit. That battery was practically begging for a tactical reload 🤣. The drills were the shiznit back in the day. Crazy how far cordless tools have come and sometimes I wonder where I come up with these videos. #makita #goldeneye007 #toolhumor @MakitaTools

Chris’s new trailer is in Bay 1, where one-piece panels, trim and aerospace rivets come together. The interior looks bare, but this stage shows what sets our builds apart-with a quick panel kick test for fun. #customtrailers #tpdtrailers #trailermanufacturing

A mobile safety store trailer built to carry serious inventory! Take a look inside this custom trailer featuring three rows of custom steel shelving to keep safety shoes organized and ready for customers. After a break-in, this customer is adding extra scrutiny to make another attempt more difficult, time-consuming, and less appealing to thieves. Custom storage, plenty of inventory space, and added protection- all in one trailer. #customtrailer #mobilestore #safetyshoes

Jackery is back, and this time he’s rocking braids! 🤘😂 Have you ever seen a member of Black Sabbath rocking braids? Between Jackery is back, and this time he’s rocking braids! 🤘😂 Have you ever seen a member of Black Sabbath rocking braids? Between that and The Devils Rejects vibes, Jackery decided to terrorize the shop guys. EVERYBODY better be working he shouted! Nobody is safe when Jackery shows up! @henrymoore257 @Jackiee #jackery #shophumor #blacksabbath

Taking a trip down memory lane with this 48’ triple axle custom transport trailer! Built to haul everything from exotic cars to delicate clay models, this trailer had some serious options! It featured ramp extensions for low-profile vehicles, dual A/C units to keep clay models cool, two driver-side access doors for easier vehicle exits, 5.5k Onan generator to power A/C units during transport, and a TON of E-Track. One versatile trailer! #customtrailer #exoticcars #carhauler

Here’s something you don’t see much anymore! Our customer John’s trailer has an old-school race car stacking system. Instead of using a traditional lift, these setups utilized a longer trailer with fold-down metal ramps. You’d drive one race car forward onto the ramps, which would angle upward, allowing another race car to fit partially underneath. A pretty clever way to haul 2 race cars without a full lift system. #racecartrailer #stackertrailer #oldschool

Rick brought his 1996 12’ trailer in for some much-needed TLC! New axle set, complete seal, coupler replacement, and rear door rubber seals. After 30 years, this trailer still has plenty of life left! Hopefully, we’ll get Rick to share his story about buying it when he picks it up! #trailerrepair #trailerrestoration #30yearoldtrailer

Mikes trailer came in for a little bit of everything! We performed a cost-effective “Band-Aid” repair to help extend the life of his rear ramp door without breaking the bank. We also serviced his axles and brakes, replaced chrome fender trim, and installed a new side door. Sometimes a little TLC goes a long way! Thanks again, Mike! #trailerrepair #trailerservice #bandaidrepair

It’s t-shirt timeeeee. Today’s lucky one is Jeremy! Jeremy got his own where’s my compass shirt. It’s an inside job as Jeremy is always looking for something he doesn’t remember where he put it. I think I’m going to start making more custom ones now as I think they are better. Hahaha #tshirttime #workbanter #jokes

Samuel knocked this one out! Custom-built air compressor box that keeps the compressor protected from tampering, damaging, and theft while still giving easy access to everything needed for operation and maintenance. Mounted right on the trailer tongue! #aircompressor #customfabrication #trailersecurity

We needed 10 gallons of diesel for a generator rental, so I made a quick trip to the gas station. $100.00 later, I made it back to the shop and decided I could unload it myself. Men will do anything except ask for help. It’s honestly amazing any of us make it to retirement 🤣. #almostdied #idontneedhelp #gasstationrun

We’re replacing the hinge & barrels on Carson Landscapings trailer after the original setup was compromised. Welding on a new hinge may seem like a quick job, but the welding is only part of it. Most of the time goes into measuring, squaring, aligning, & making sure everything functions properly before it’s welded into place. Sometimes the simplest-looking repairs have a lot more work behind them than you’d think! #hingerepair #trailerrepair #welding

Sorry, Jackie, this was way too funny! 🤣 Meet Jackery, the newest member of the crew. Henry could have a future in Hollywood after this Oscar winning performance. 🤣 I probably shouldn’t have been the one recording because I couldn’t stop laughing NOT stop laughing. The wig made Henry look like he was ready to join a heavy metal band. 😀🤘. Sorry Jackie… dont kill us! 🤣 #jackery #imitationisflattery #shopfamily

Found the mysterious creature causing havoc at the shop. Took forever to get the traps at the shop but we got it and ohh boy did we catch Gusgus the mouse. Left him outside for the junkyard cats to do what they want. RIP. #shoplife #mousetrap #mastersplinter

When the temperature starts dropping in California, desperate times call for desperate measures 🤣. Sweater weather is on its way… this is how fabricators stay warm. #winteriscoming #californiaweather #californiathings

We have Carson Landscaping 2013 trailer in the shop and it’s rear ramp door has seen better days. Let me explain what caused this and how you can mitigate this same thing on your trailer. We’ve got quite a few trailers in the shop getting some additions and repairs that I will show you. #trailerrepair #rampdoor #trailermaintenance

Huge shoutout to Chris for reaching out to us for a 2nd custom made trailer! Chris took a leap of faith with us to make and provide him with a trailer that will take the abuse of his work. Happy to report back the trailer has been successful so he is placing a 2nd order with no changes. I’m gonna show more into how you place a custom order with us so you can be set for success. #customtrailer #heavydutytrailer #tpdtrailers

Happy birthday Jackie ! The boys and my wife helped to surprise her with some Bundt cakes. Here’s to another year! Celebrate the people your around! Have a great day! #birthdaysurprise #shoplife #workfamily

Here is Rich’s beautiful setup from tow rig to trailer. Rich’s trailer has just about everything you’d ever want in a trailer from a place to sleep or dine at, plenty of storage and tie downs and power with outlets and lights. What more could you ask for? #tpdtrailers #customtrailer #trailerlife
