LeBron has now won 9 consecutive “Do or Die” games, over the last 15 years (Game 7s & Play-Ins). (It’s 12-0 if you include the In Season Tournament!) His last loss in one of those games was 2008 at Boston, at age 23, when he had 45-5-6 in a 5 point loss.
@getnickwright What about game 4s when you’re about to get swept?
@TRAPHAGRID @getnickwright How the hell is 0-3 "do or die"? You're basically saying he'd have to win a ring every season to actually have won all of his do or die games.
@TRAPHAGRID @getnickwright exactly like what are these dudes talking about
@TRAPHAGRID @getnickwright Well if you’re down 0-3 , historically speaking that’s just a die game
@TRAPHAGRID @getnickwright He considers those games just “die games”. They don’t count 🤣
@TRAPHAGRID @getnickwright Yea believe it or not, usually when a team gets swept, it’s just a mismatch. It’s not about Lebron
@TRAPHAGRID @getnickwright I think he's 1-3 in such scenarios all-time (playoffs). He's been swept 3x. Twice in the finals & once (last yr) in the (western) conference finals. Only exception was '16, when his Cavs won 4 straight to become the 1st team in NBA history to come back from an 0-3 deficit.
@TRAPHAGRID @getnickwright Do or die for both teams where the pressure is equal on both sides
