On plus side, refreshing to hear coaches getting on. Shame members of FA Don't have basic manners when turn up #badgewearers #jobsworth

...too many happy to take good money, not many jobs you get paid that hourly rate without making a decision or consistently make poor ones
This weeks fixtures included...poor match official, bordering on dangerous. Match officials have a duty of care, esp with young players...
#90secondsession 90 seconds to draw a session plan, who's in? RT please
Coach appealing a foul throw Coach doing a players shoelace up Coach swearing Coach smoking Coach stinking of alcohol It's going to be fun!
Coach saying 'great football' after a hoof Coach arguing with parent Coach arguing with coach Coach not shaking hands with opposition cont..
Season kicks off at weekend. Things to spot: Coach on pitch Coach with initials on top Coach shouting at ref Coach shouting at player cont.
✅✅ Too many coaches ticking off qualifications rather than working at being a better coach.Running before can walk? In it for £££? #coaches
Can hear the rain driving down outside. Practising sliding tackles tomorrow so all good #greasytop #goHARDorgohome
Back...after close season break full of idiot coaches at tournaments showing desire and passion...#calmdown
Over 25 players at training tonight. Shooting. Just GK to DF opposed. Each player probably had 100 shots at goal #practise
At last weekend's tournament. Ringer brought in by 1 team in semi final. All players in blue, him wearing yellow bib haha #cheatingidiots
Are too many coaches over thinking & spending time planning & not actually delivering? Experience comes from doing your stuff out there.

Love 'development' coaches who turn kids away cos they're not good enough. If coach was better couldn't player be too?
It's nearly tournament time, can't wait; badly organised, aggressive parents, upset kids and loud mouthed coaches #dreamsummer
