@TTCnotices 0 excuse ttc. Do a better job at maintaining your equipment. Everyday is a different excuse for inadequate management of the transit system.
@TTCnotices Toronto needs a better plan for stoppages, as simple as closing the surface road above during such times so shuttles can move people more efficiently. It's not fair to punish transit users while drivers are unaffected -- they can give up a road segment in emergencies.
