@UberEats I really think you need to do better on your support. My delivery person had my order for over and hour and all your chat kept telling me was that I needed to wait. And the best part is that his number has been reported to be unreliable as a delivery person. Do better!

To add to this, I've cancelled my membership. My order was handled extremely poorly and this driver remains on the app. He got to keep my R250 food that I waited 2 hours for. He probably ate it and does this to a lot of people. This is awful customer service.

@AbsaSouthAfrica I have a serious fraud concern and your fraud department didn't seem to really take it serious, which is extremely disappointing. It's a big concern when a fraudster has my Absa account number, ID number etc.

@TAKEALOT Have been very disappointed with TakealotMORE thus far. I keep getting delayed orders despite paying for the subscription to get next day delivery. I was meant to get same day delivery for order 175788513 but slit still hasn't shipped. So poor!

@TAKEALOT I am a member of TakealotMore and yet my only delivery option is for 1 October. I've checked my order a million times, everything is in stock and available in my area, so there should be no reason for the delay. What is happening?

@JHBWater Is there any update on the water at Westlake Eco-Estate in Modderfontein? The entire estate of 800+ units still has no water and it's been over 24h.

@CityPowerJhb @TheInarticulate Again, surely there should be an update. Last update was 9pm last night and ETR was 4am. The lack of response is really unacceptable

@CityPowerJhb But you haven't for 5h now. Surely there is an update since then?

@CityPowerJhb Can we get an update on the repairs being done in Modderfontein. We haven't had power for 22h now and the last update we received was almost 5h ago. It's unacceptable!

@TAKEALOT the "FLEXALOT" discount code doesn't apply when entering a coupon code. Does it only apply to your very first purchase on Takealot?

@CityPowerJhb CPWEB3614070 - our power in Modderfontein and Greenstone was switched off at midnight and we are only due for loadshedding at 6am. Please can someone assist.

@Discovery_SA Highly disappointed. Have been a loyal client for 6+ years but my premium just keeps going up without reason. And no solution but to leave was offered. Not how you treat valued clients.

@Dischem I need to thank Sivenathi from Dischem Modderfontein for being so kind and being so great with my requests and questions. She also wished me well for my procedure. It helped me remain calm in an otherwise stressful situation.

@Bankmed_SA I just wanted to give a big thank you to Craig from the call centre, who helped for over 30min to get my authorisation confirmed and corrected. It was a huge help!
