@WHOOP claiming a 'free trial' but charging £8 shipping BOTH ways is deceptive. That's 17£ total for 'FREE TRIAL' consumers in the UK/Europe deserve clarity not charging anyway in the name of the trial. @EU_Consumer @WhichUK @CMAgovUK

Apparently- you can only get @British_Airways staff 3hrs before flight - so better get @airindia if you are travelling from India as the staff is readily available to help. And @British_Airways doesn’t even try to help they just say “sorry” that too after hours of waiting.

Extremely disappointed!! @British_Airways been stuck at the Delhi International Airport and if a person has booked @British_Airways you won’t find any staff or assistance better go for Air India- big mistake- lesson learnt.

@DVSAgovuk I faced repeated technical issues with the hazard perception section of my theory test, and my concerns were ignored by the attendant. This caused me to fail unfairly. I have emailed as well. Please investigate and provide a solution. #DVSA #DrivingTest #UnfairTest

After such poor communication and services, I would never book with @airvistara again and I suggest nobody should, considering these tough times where situations turn around over night. @airvistara does't help.

@airvistara 😓 I am fed up of waiting for a response for days. Only if there was a responsive service. As for this, there are no flights after March 3, on your website. Its just so unfair that entire world is dealing with this upsurge of Omicron but Vistara doesn’t care.

I booked my no refundable ticked with @airvistara from London to India in November, way before this upsurge of Omicron. With high risk and many people around me getting infected, I NEED SUPPORT to rebook. Called customer care and they can't here me, even when I am shouting.

@airvistara The only thing I am requesting is either help me get a refund because I am sure the airlines must be sensitive towards the growing risk of new variant or a credit voucher so I can rebook whenever I want. Setting dates to rebook is hard for me. Please help.

@airvistara Dear Aashish, thank you for the response here, I have DM-ed you as well. It is not possible for me to decide the dates now and you can understand what a job person is like and I have other obligations as well. Moreover there are no flights shown after March 2022 on your website.
