We are excited to announce that our new Chief Scientific Officer, @moss_md, will join the Foundation in September! Dr. Moss is a clinician-scientist who has focused his career on IBD, and he will oversee all of the Foundation’s research, education, support, and advocacy efforts.
We are so lucky to live so close to CHOP, just wish Philly traffic wasn’t so brutal. Regardless how you slice it, we always spend at least 4-5 hours on doctor appointment days & treatment days. 96lbs and 5’2.5” - we are basically the same height now! 🤣
His faulty pipes have been cooperating this summer. We know things can change at any moment so we take advantage of all the good days. Favorite past time in the summer = boating and paddle boarding!

Yesterday was a whirlwind. We stood on stage in front of hundreds of people while sharing our story. It was emotional but hope that our story helps just one person. A big thank you to our team who joined us and the many many people who helped us raise over $4,000! Thank you!
