The mystery of the red Metapod is finally solved! In this legendary picture from Spaceworld '97, Honōguma fights what looks like a red Metapod. Turns out: it's not shiny. Its health bar is full, yet red – the player had switched to the red Super Game Boy palette! #pokemon1997
