Niching Down doesn’t necessarily mean focusing on one specific technology. It can but what I mean is focusing on one particular technology area. The problem you want to avoid is having a breadth of knowledge across multiple domains without any depth in any of them.

Facts the last 2 months I've been to San Diego, Raleigh NC, Huntsville AL & LAX. It's hard traveling for work as the monies spent are lower than what I'd spend for comfort. Plus all of these places are in rural areas. #Consultantlife

I've passed my #CCIE over 10+ years. I still research things, still read docs, I get "stuck" learning new things. Exp. doesn't mean you know everything, it just means you know where to go to find answers quickly. Titles & certs sometimes misdirect ppl, learn critical thinking
