@Hertz My flight on Dec.24 was cancelled by the airline so I called Hertz to let them know. They told me I wouldn't have to pay for my car. But bait-and-switch. Full charge, no refund, different answer by the customer service rep.
@Hertz Contacted me a month after my last rental to accuse me of damaging the windshield. Really? It took you a month to find damage and you go back to the person who rented it weeks ago to accuse them.
