בשולי ומאוחר, מנכ״ל וHRית זה משחק התפקידים האהוב עלינו בבית, וזה תמיד מתחיל ממש סקסי אבל מהר זולג לזה שהיא מצפה ממני לקחת את צחי לשיחה כי הוא שוב מרעיל את הצוות נגד המנהל שלהם ואני שוב צריך להסביר שהוא מחזיק לבד את כל הבקאנד אז חלומות בצד, בואי נעבוד עם מה שיש.
סיפור השבוע שלי, עם כל הכבוד לילדים בעזה שהוסרו להם הגפיים בניתוח בלי הרדמה, שהתעוררו מהעילפון באמצע מהכאב וצרחו שוב כי ישראל לא מאשרת הכנסת חומרי הרדמה לרצועה -הוא חודש הגאווה בהייטק. תודה למנהלות הHR ולחברות שהזכירו לנו שחוץ מ״טעמי גלידה״ אנחנו גם שגרירים של הכלה וסולידריות.
הישגים מדהימים. אני גם רואה פה סוג של ניסוי חי בתיאוריות על סטארטאפים בעידן של generative , מהו moat ומה ההשלכות של זה על מודל הvc לעומת אופציית הבוטסטראפ. האם לקחת 30 מיליון השקעה בשאיפה לבנות יוניקורן יתרגם ליותר כסף מ10-30 מיליון דיבידנד כבוטסטראפ? מאחל לו שכן אבל לא בטוח.
