What a lovely end to the term! Our Y7s are halfway through their facemask project and have just started to learn the sewing machine. Some really exciting progress just before the holidays. Can't wait to get back and finish these off.

Back at work! Our Y8s are enjoying their practical lessons in textiles, building on the sewing machine skills they learnt in Y7. Soon their lino-printed fabric will be sewn together into a cushion.

Birdboxes! We're incredibly proud of our Y7 and 8 DT club who measured, cut, painted, sanded, glued, drilled, screwed and finally stapled these together. Great team effort from each group. Can't wait to get these up! #ccstechnology #cumberlandcst
