I don’t treat a triggered sell stop as a failure, but rather a signal to transfer capital. If one of my positions begins to break down in a strong market, I rotate to another sound leader exhibiting relative strength. No hesitation, no emotions. I mechanically follow my rules.

A great benefit of entering when a stock is close to it's 21ema is that if it expands from that point, that key moving average is quickly above your cost basis. This allows for simple and effective risk management of the trade.
