NIGERIAN ARMY DECLARES ISWAP TERRORIST LEADERS WANTED, ANNOUNCES REWARD FOR INFORMATION Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) has declared several senior ISWAP/ISIS terrorist leaders wanted following a major intelligence breakthrough from recent offensive operations in the Lake Chad region of northern Borno State. Troops recovered a camcorder and other high-value intelligence materials during the operations, and subsequent forensic exploitation of the devices led to the identification of terrorist locations and key commanders operating within the Mangari–Metele–Dogon Chukun axis in Abadam and Kukawa Local Government Areas. Among those identified are Abu Musa Al-Mangawi Baa Shuwa, the Wali (Governor) of ISWAP and the group’s most wanted leader in the Lake Chad Basin; his deputy and Amirul Jaish, Muhammad Jidda, also known as “The One-Handed Man”; and Hamad Abu Hanifa, the Amirul-Fiya of ISWAP, alongside other senior operatives. The military announced that a substantial financial reward will be offered for credible and actionable information leading to the arrest of Abu Musa Al-Mangawi Baa Shuwa, assuring the public that all information received will be treated with strict confidentiality and the identities of informants fully protected. The Headquarters of Operation Hadin Kai called on members of the public to support ongoing counter-terrorism operations by providing timely and credible intelligence through established security channels or via 07084988859.

COAS Passes Out 3,000 Recruits in Ebonyi, Sustains Massive Recruitment Drive to Strengthen National Defence The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu, on Wednesday, 8 July 2026, passed out over 3,000 recruits at Depot Nigerian Army, Amasiri-Edda, Ebonyi State, urging them to uphold discipline, loyalty and professionalism as they begin active military service. The graduation marks another boost to the Nigerian Army’s manpower in support of the Federal Government’s efforts to strengthen national security. It follows recent recruit pass-out parades at Depot Nigerian Army, Zaria, and the newly established training depot in Osogbo, Osun State, underscoring the Army’s sustained force expansion. Addressing the recruits, Lieutenant General Shaibu said their training had prepared them for the demands of modern warfare and Nigeria’s evolving security environment. He urged them to remain disciplined, mission-focused and loyal to the Constitution, emphasizing that the nation expects courage, professionalism and selfless service from every soldier. The COAS described the Amasiri-Edda Depot as a strategic investment in the Army’s training capacity and commended the Commandant, instructors and support staff for producing combat-ready personnel. Ebonyi State Governor, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, praised the establishment of the depot, noting that it has enhanced security, stimulated economic activities and created opportunities for residents. He reaffirmed the state’s commitment to supporting the Armed Forces in promoting peace and development.

@PeterObi I think this man is farming. He need Elon money 😁

An Iranian man left this comment on my YouTube channel. This is without a doubt the single best explanation of the reality facing Iranian people today👇 "As an Iranian, I can tell you the situation is no longer just political—it's existential. We are trapped between two collapsing structures: one internal, one external. On one hand, we face a deeply dysfunctional government, led by the Supreme Leader and the Islamic Republic’s unelected institutions. Decades of economic mismanagement, suppression of dissent, and brutal ideological control have alienated multiple generations. No one believes in reform anymore—because every attempt has either been co-opted or crushed. But here's the paradox: We are also terrified of regime collapse—because we've watched the aftermath of Western intervention in countries like Iraq, Libya, Syria, and Afghanistan. Each was promised freedom; each descended into chaos, civil war, or foreign occupation. So no, we don't trust the U.S. or Israel. Not because we support our regime—but because we know how imperial powers treat ‘liberated’ nations in the Middle East. Freedom, in their language, often means vacuum, fire, and permanent instability. Right now, many Iranians live with three truths at once: The Islamic Republic is morally and politically bankrupt. The alternatives offered by foreign actors are not liberation—they’re collapse. A bad government is survivable. No government is not. We are not silent because we agree. We are cautious because we’ve learned—too well—what happens when superpowers decide to "help." In a sentence: Iran is a nation held hostage by its own regime, but haunted by the fate of its neighbors. We are stuck in a house we hate, surrounded by fires we fear more."

@DrOlusesan If you don't have the money in the first place 🙂

@christ4moi Also true.

It's sheer buffoonery! What is the relationship between Nigerian workers' compensation and other countries' workers’ compensation? We talk like wages aren't a function of demand and supply. Furthermore, what is the purchasing power of the Naira on necessities compared to those countries? The average American on a minimum wage suffers the same fate as the average Nigerian on a minimum wage.
