Gov. Greg Abbott has credited his Operation Lone Star for a recent drop in migrant encounters on the Texas-Mexico border. However immigration and foreign policy experts say the reasons driving the recent shift are much more complicated. bit.ly/44bckmP
@TexasTribune Again, Texas Tribune attempting to muddy the waters for the Right side of security for Texans. Anything this propaganda rag can do to diss Texas' Republican leadership. Lies and more lies from Texas Tribune.
@TexasTribune I think it's important to keep in mind that, "immigration and foreign policy experts" also claim their is not a border crisis.
@TexasTribune Feedback: we’ve learned that we should be very skeptical of so-called experts. “Expert” is very subjective and just because you think they are an expert doesn’t make it so. My first inclination is to not believe anything an “expert” says.
@TexasTribune Calling Rice University and experts liars might not be the smartest thing to do when analyzing complicated issues.
@TexasTribune Failed Governor Abbott takes credit for other people’s successes because he has failed at everything he’s done. Awful Governor, awful excuse for a human being.
@TexasTribune The cost of Gov Abbotts border wall also includes all the jobs that are not done because of funding cuts. Number of Texas kids dying in foster care. Education, Nursing Home neglect, getting a driver's license takes 3 months???
@TexasTribune It real simple!!! Make the migrants crpss at legsl chevkpoints and tge majority go back!! Its been easy to fix!!
@TexasTribune And QAbbott is spending 435K per apprehension, not to mention how his much forward operating base is costing. QAbbott called out the national guard to watch the US military exercise cause he thought they were opening a………base.
@TexasTribune Abbott should be thanking President Biden for his efforts in working with the Mexican government after border encounters started surging during the trump admin.
@TexasTribune The facts say No. Abbott lying as usual.
