Hmm... There's some truth to your claim. However, it's not all the "overly nice ladies". Having said that, I have personally experienced one who was "nice" and gave me gifts; she even supported me when I got a place and all... but at every instance, she felt the need to be so insulting and vile... It's really not a good place to be, dating someone like that.
