Four weeks to go, training hard and 27% of the way there on the fundraising, this is getting exciting....

Busy weekend, 12 hours on shift at Tower RNLI Saturday, 25 mile bike ride and a three hour kayak lesson on Sunday, train hard, fight easy...

Today we have passed the 10% on mark on www.justgiving.com/sandbsource2sea with a total of £1,030, 0nly £8,970 to go then!

another 30K on the bike Monday night, watched the TdeF in the mountains yesterday those guys are amaizing and inspirational...

inspired by the Tour de France did 40 K on the bike yesterday, sadly our average was 23 KPH not 38 KPH that the peleton averages...

6 miles on the tidal river last night, got back in the dark accompanied by thunder and lightning - fantastic

first night of training on the tidal Thames in a kayak - awsome!

sadly the RNLI boarding boat we were planning on rowing for the last 64 miles requires 6 to row it so back to the drawing board...

good weekend, one session in the gym, one bike ride and a day on the river perfect, now for work...

that's better, been to the gym, now ready for some food a few beers and early night in preparation for tommorrow

What a week! looking forward to a day on the Lifeboat on Saturday, perfect antidote to this weeks trials and tribultations...
