The second day in a row this person has let their barking offlead dog charge my onlead dog. Each time the owner hasn't so much as checked where their dog has gone. People like that are why leash laws are getting stricter

I see it (to lesser extents) with some photographers when out with my mam, they don't acknowledge the damage they can cause to the wildlife they want to capture. Photos that seem too funny or cute to be true, too often are
