If I were into sexism and only cared about gay/queer men I’d probably feel a lot of peace about the church. But all the queer women/gender-fluid/non-binary folks will still be treated like second-class citizens and that doesn’t really feel like much progress at all.

I wish I could remove what @HollandJeffreyR said from the minds of all in attendance, but mostly from minds in the beautiful, loving, powerful LGBTQIA+ community, members and supporters. It breaks my heart knowing it will hurt anyone that hears/reads it. He’s so wrong.
