Meanwhile in Wetaskiwin… “Wake up Wetaskiwin” attempted to recall the mayor. They fell short by more than half of the required votes. They needed 5,038, they got 1898… Allegedly. Because the organizer illegally destroyed the petition. Because transparency & democracy.
@TheBreakdownAB Be careful, she will threaten a lawsuit against you!
@TheBreakdownAB Haha she says it was a mistake then explains her motivation 🤣🤣🤣
@TheBreakdownAB They mined the data then got rid of the petition …transparency of course !!!🤣🤣🤣🤣 #abpoli #ableg
@TheBreakdownAB Alberta’s brightest folks. And these are the geniuses that support Danielle Smith.
@TheBreakdownAB I do not get it Everyone in a small town knows if they go public there could be retribution. They considered that bf they signed the petition & signed it anyways, which means they choose to go on the record & be heard, until the petition organizer took that choice away from them
@TheBreakdownAB Well if Smith forces political party affiliation to be added to municipal elections that's one way to keep conservatives from being elected to Edmonton city council as the city is progressive and shuts out the UCP provincially and does vote in Liberal and NDP MP's federally.
@TheBreakdownAB oh...they've got a list somewhere...they're not destroying names to be added to a TBA/UCP fundraising database.
@TheBreakdownAB She is even on @Richard4Alberta board. Embarrassing and needs to be held accountable
