You need problems. Without problems which force your growth, you dwell. Your brain likes solving problems. Without them, it creates them. So don't run away from pressure. Run towards it. If you're going to get problems no matter what, might as well grow from it

Employees don't need ping pong tables or beer fridges at work. Employees need flexibility to do their best work and enjoy life — such as working remotely. Give your employees trust!
