Hey @CapitalOne please fix your system to not randomly drop part of someone’s first name because there are two parts. Forcing someone to submit documentation of their “name change” when they’re just trying to change it back to what it’s supposed to be is extremely frustrating

My 2 litmus tests for whether or not a stranger is a good person: 1: They put the shopping cart back where it belongs 2: They stand a few feet back from the airport baggage claim until they see their bag, instead of cutting in front and blocking people's view for no reason
