Turbo EverDrive PRO firmware update v1.05 krikzz.com/pub/support/tu…
@krikzz Seems 1.05 has a nasty "Disk I/O error" bug. Enabling/disabling cheats works before launching game, but doing the same in-game triggers I/O error and wipes out the cheat file completely (empty cheats.txt). Seems to impact CD games only. Formatted card clean doesn't help.
@krikzz No issue on 1.04. You can reproduce trying to enable/disable cheats after Bonks III Big Adventure USA CD is loaded with cheats.txt generated from here (MagicEngine format). After back to menu, cheats for that game can be editted again without I/O error.. gamehacking.org/game/84907
@TheShadowRunner can't reproduce so far. Please check with another sd card if possible. Will be useful to know if it depends of sd card
@krikzz Thanks, current mSD is Kioxia (Toshiba) 256GB, using exFat, I'll try to reproduce on another. I believe now that no cheats file is even needed to reproduce: launch Bonk's III CD USA, and in-game press Menu button > cheats > create bogus value and enable > back button > I/O error.
@TheShadowRunner Try this out please: krikzz.com/pub/support/tu…
